Site refresh for a quality assurance platform
EvaluAgent is a company that provides a platform measuring quality assurance in call centres.
The company came to us seeking to revamp their website with a desire to better showcase their unique quality assurance platform and introduce a series of interactive tours they had recently produced.

The process
/ Research interviews
Working in close collaboration with the EvaluAgent team we were able to determine information on key areas such as product offering, personas, user needs, call to actions and brand.
/ Wireframes
A series of wireframes were produced as a visual representation of all the discovery and definition work completed. Given project constraints only key templates were considered, notably platform, solution and pricing templates.
/ Sitemap
Following a few iterations, a sitemap was determined on account of the initial research undertaken. The refreshed navigation included solutions-based pages meaning we had weaved some narrative into the user journey.
/ Content mapping
Once all templates were Identified we mapped out the modular requirements for the key templates. These would serve as blueprints for the wireframes.
The solution
The resulting website was one that not only showcased the EvaluAgent platform and platform tours, it introduced a narrative into the architecture where users were able to navigate to key information via job role or challenge.
In addition, EvaluAgent was having their brand refreshed in conjunction with the launch of the new website, giving us the opportunity to be somewhat radical with design. Not only did the resulting ‘flora’ assets do well in communicating themes of flourishing and growth, they serve as great accompaniments to the content, making for a unique experience.
